Every year, the European Union activates the Trademark SME Fund programme, a subsidy that covers up to 75% of the fees for filing a European trademark. This is substantial financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises that want to protect their identity across 27 countries at a significantly lower cost.
The process of participating in the programme requires specific steps, deadlines and the correct submission of supporting documents. The cost for Synapsee to handle the subsidy application is 150€, and it is carried out FREE OF CHARGE by us when we have undertaken the filing of your European trademark. In this way we ensure that the file is complete, aligned with EUIPO requirements, and that the subsidy genuinely works to your benefit.
The subsidy does not cover services-it covers only the filing fees-however it significantly reduces the overall cost of the process and represents an ideal opportunity for businesses that want to strengthen their international presence.
